SouthHouse Management was created from real experience. As vacation rental owners ourselves, we understand what it takes to keep a property running smoothly, protect it, and deliver the kind of guest experience that earns great reviews.

After moving to Eddyville, Kentucky, we saw just how many incredible properties are owned by people who truly love lake life. Many owners aren’t corporate investors at all. They’re families who want a smart investment, but also want to enjoy their lake days without the stress of managing every detail.

That’s where we come in. We’re passionate about taking the day-to-day work off your plate and creating an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. Our goal is simple: to help you enjoy your lake home, feel confident your property is being cared for, and get the return on your investment without being tied to the daily responsibilities of hosting.

Built on Family, Hospitality, and Lake Life

Adam and I have been together for 17 years and are raising three sons, ages 17, 9, and 5. Family time is incredibly important to us. Whether we’re boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking, or camping, we love being outdoors and making the most of the time we have together.

Inspired by the Way We Travel

We also love to travel. Our desire to become vacation rental managers grew out of our own experiences staying in vacation homes. We’ve always paid attention to the details that make a stay truly enjoyable, from thoughtful amenities to smooth communication and a welcoming atmosphere.

Because we value time together as a family, we understand that many lake homeowners feel the same way. You invested in your property not just as a business decision, but as a place to create memories. The house is beautiful as well as the property. Adam and Jessie were fantastic to work with. We had a situation with a few things that were left unattended by the cleaning crew. However, Adam and Jessie handled it flawlessly and took good care of us and resolved the situation quickly. This is nothing that would be expected to happen again and I commend them for how well they handled the unexpected situation. I highly recommend their home and working with them!

We stayed here for a girl’s weekend! the place was so great, exactly like the photos! such a responsive host as well. backyard was perfect for girl time on the patio! it is a bit removed from downtown, not accessible by a scooter, but uber was perfect for getting us where we wanted to go in a timely fashion! definitely recommend and we will be back!
